If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. General information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and the data protection declaration.

 

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 pm.

If you will be arriving after 8 pm, please do let us know.

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10 am.

Deposit: a deposit of 10% of the total price is required.

 

Cancellation: 

No charge if cancelled up to 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival.

Thereafter, if cancelled up to 1 week before your scheduled arrival, we will charge you 10% of the total price (= your deposit).

If cancelled in less than 1 week before your scheduled arrival or if you do not show up, we will charge you 100% of the total price.

Travel Cancellation Insurance (for just 5% of the total price): Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday,
