Chef de cuisine Martin loves spoiling our guests with traditional delicacies from the region as well as international dishes. He uses selected ingredients from the region and adds aromatic herbs and spices. Game, including roast chamois, are prepared according to traditional recipes.

The drinks menu includes various refreshing Austrian beers and exquisite wines from all over the world.
